About E2E
Welcome to Embrace 2 Emerge, a space where we celebrate slowing down and honoring the Earth we share. At E2E, I support individuals on their journey, no matter what phase of life they find themselves in. My passion is helping co-create brave and inclusive spaces with a trauma-informed approach that promotes self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. I want to commemorate slowing down with you and your own self-discoveries; while holding space for all the pleasures, darkness, and grief that comes alongside being human. Embracing it all.
I believe in the power of mindfulness, yoga, intuitive movement, dance, breathwork, and sound healing. Practicing some of these sacred traditions for a little over a decade, these tools have helped me return to myself after dealing with anxiety and depression most of my life. These practices have offered me a holistic approach to wellness that integrates it all to my everyday life, cultivating a deeper sense of self-awareness and connection.

Yoga & Intuitive Movement
A systematic review and meta-analysis published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology found that yoga was associated with a significant reduction in symptoms of anxiety by 33.1% and depression by 35.6%.
A study published in the Journal of Physical Activity and Health found that engaging in intuitive movement was associated with a 28% increase in self-awareness and a 20% increase in emotional expression.
Mindfulness & Breathwork
A study published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology found that mindfulness meditation reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression by 31%.
Another study published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that breathwork reduced symptoms of anxiety by 44%.

My passion for co-creating brave and inclusive spaces with a trauma-informed approach extends to our schools. I offer workshops and classes that integrate mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and intuitive movement into school curriculums, promoting self-awareness, emotional regulation, and connection for all students.

The organization wellness programs are designed to help reduce stress, increase productivity, and foster a sense of community and connection among employees. With a focus on mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and intuitive movement, I offer customized programs that prioritize the well-being of your employees and organization.
