Sound Healing
can help:

  • Promote relaxation & reduce stress

  • Enhance spiritual experiences

  • Improve physical health

Sound healing, also referred to as sound therapy, sound meditation, or sound baths, have been around for centuries, with their roots in ancient cultures that understood the power of sound to promote relaxation, healing, and spiritual growth. In India, for example, sound has long been used as a form of therapy and meditation, with the practice of "Nada Yoga" (the yoga of sound) dating back thousands of years. Sound healing has traveled across many cultures throughout its history.

One of the most popular instruments used in sound baths today are singing bowls, which emerged from Buddhism. The origin of these sound tools were crafted using different metals, many singing bowls were made of panchaloga. This Sanskrit word holds the meaning of a five-metal alloy which includes copper, iron, zinc, and traces of gold and silver. These bowls are commonly known as Tibetan singing bowls. According to legend, the bowls were originally created by monks who used them for ceremonial purposes and believed that the vibrations from the bowls could help them enter into a state of deep mediation.

These sacred tools are still very common today, but we have been blessed with modern technology for allowing the invention of crystal singing bowls. These bowls are made from quartz crystals. The use of crystal singing bowls and sound baths has been shown to have a range of benefits for both physical and emotional well-being. The vibrations created by the bowls can help to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation and better sleep, and even alleviate pain and inflammation in the body.
